A. Read the description on Al’s opinion about being a financial analyst.

Hi. My name is Al. There are many jobs worldwide but
I only have one dream job. I think a financial analyst is the
best job in the world. I want to be a financial analyst
because I like numbers and calculations. Besides, I am a
thorough, diligent, and careful person. This job is also one
of the highest paying jobs nowadays. The things I need to
work are computers, internet connection, and documents.
I believe that it can give me a settled and good life. It is
important that I choose I job that I love because I am sure
that I am able to do the best things if I love it. What do you
think?

B. Group work. Comparing jobs’ conditions.

1. Divide the class into groups of three students.
2. Each student must choose a job and describe its working conditions such as its working hour,

salary, equipments /skills/ characters needed, and also education.
3. Share the descriptions to the group and compare one job with other jobs. Ask each member which

job is they think the best one. Other students may also give opinion.
