2.  Scenario 2

                   There has been a significant wave of flu cases in your hospital, affecting everyone from children to the
                   elderly. Emergency rooms (ERs) are inundated with flu patients, and in many cases patients line the
                   hallways in overcrowded facilities without space or beds available due to additional patient volume.
                   Patients are boarding and holding for inpatient beds in the ERs, which exposes additional patients,
                   visitors, and staff to the flu. Discuss this obstacle in the staff meeting to find the solutions.
                                                                       Adapted from https://dailynurse.com/nurses-guide-flu/
               3.  Scenario 3

                   The obstacle some nurses have been facing is related to how to separate TB patients. In the past, all
                   patients identified with TB here had to occupy a separate room. One did not mix them with others;
                   then, more recently, this practice was considered discriminatory. She was like any other patient and

                   then nurses started to mix them with others. However, no nurses are sure what the correct criteria to
                   be used here are. Discuss this obstacle in the staff meeting to find the solutions.
