care plan in the group.

Apply the following guideline to present your nursing care plan.

GUIDELINE

1. Introduce your name and the patient in your scenario.
2. Mention the details of your patient.
3. Report the intervention and the evaluation using passive voice.
Example:
The patient is assisted with cleansing and drying the perineal area after each bowel
movement.
The goal is unmet since the patient perineal skin remained intact with erythema after
24 hours.
4. Each student will get at least one question from the other members during the
nursing staff meeting.
