Throw it like this if you are righthanded. If you are left-handed, do the
opposite.
1. Grab the lasso knot with your left hand, and pull enough line through it so
that you get a bight of about 1 meter (3.25 feet).
2. Using the rest of the rope, place coils of the same size next to the first bight
—one coil for each grab with your right hand. The gathered coils give the
rope throwing weight.
