4. Let the yarn follow one of the notches between the rope strands toward the
               left.  Poke  the  needle  through  the  strand  against  the  lay  and  close  to  the

               wrapping. Pull tight.



















               5. Let the yarn follow the next notch, but this time toward the right. Poke the
               needle through the strand and pull tight. Continue with the next notch, and so
               on.





















               6.  Finish  by  poking  the  needle  through  the  last  strand,  and  then  make  a
               stopper knot in the yarn.
