           The NCPS Member Resource Committee is Hosting a Pop-In Power Hour
                                  Physician Process & Performance Group


     The  NCPS  Member  Resource  Committee  will  host  a  monthly  open  drop-in  hour  designed  for  resident-
     fellow, early career and general members who would like to connect with leaders and peers in the field
     for informal mentorship,  practice insight, career path guidance, general advice & feedback, or just peer
     engagement in a small group setting. The purpose of the group is to foster personal and professional
     health and growth as you navigate your career in psychiatry.

     While this group offers informal mentorship and peer support, group facilitators are available for formal
     mentorships upon request.
                                  How to ‘Pop-In’ to the Power Hour

     There  is  no  need  to  register  for  the  Power  Hour.  Just  mark  your  calendar  and  set  your  alert  for  last
     Wednesday of the month from 12:00 - 1:00 pm and join using the Zoom link below.

     Please come ready to engage, share and learn from one another.
