• Seed - high rate of seed lbs/acre
• Pre-germinate of percentage of the seed
• Hydroseeder applied
• Worked in seed (dragged in)
• Warranty on 150 acres
Exclusions:
• Water - Wanzek must supply water
Optional items:
• Erosion blanket/high erosion areas due to high flow of water (bottom of ditches, concentrated flow areas). Negotiated
150 acres at $3800/acre. Same methods as Option 1 but additional cost for mobilization.
Total: $570,000
