CONDITIONS OF OUR PERFORMANCE
• Our warranty reflects a target seeding completion date of June 15th
• Earthwork progress and completion for areas to seed must meet timely progression schedule in order to meet a June 15th target date
• Topsoil should match existing adjacent soils
• Animal vandalism is not covered under the warranty
• Sherbrooke Turf has the discretion to work any hours it deems necessary in order to complete the job
• Should drought conditions exist and require large quantities of water, Sherbrooke Turf and Wanzek will partner
