  Workers’ Compensation Administrator managing multi-state workers’ compensation claims effectively for over 25 years.
 Developing, maintaining, and managing a company's workers' compensation program. Implements all matters of the program, including claim investigations, settlements, and litigation. Responsible for finding an insurance provider that meets organizational goals of employee coverage and cost effectiveness. Secure relationships with TPA to manage multiple workers’ compensation insurance programs.
 Establish and implement standards and procedures; effectively train management, employees, and TPA/insurance companies.
 Develop and manage workers’ compensation and disability claim process.
 Interact with injured employees, management, human resources, medical providers, TPA/insurance carriers, rehabilitation specialists and legal in the management for a
successful resolution of claims.
 Facilitate employees’ return to work following disability in all stages including transitional
duty, redeployment, and rehabilitation activities.
 Monitor and provide assistance for case management (i.e., medical, work hardening and
job placement).
 Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and hearings.
 Approve final settlement authority.
 Monitor the TPA/insurance companies reserving practices to ensure they accurately reflect
the exposure of a claim.
 Coordinate and participate in quarterly claim reviews with TPA.
 Provide reports to management tracking loss information, lost time injuries, loss trends,
and OSHA monthly and annual reports.
 Ensure compliance with State and OSHA recordkeeping requirements.
 Reduction in incurred claim dollars; thus, reducing EMR.
 Administer a high volume of claims from start to finish in a timely, efficient, and effective
manner.
 Strong organizational skills, work ethic, ability to effectively communicate and manage
time have made me successful in my career.
