Contracted provider through Region Five Development Commission for the Farm Business Management (FBM) Program and the MN Agriculture Centers of Excellence to provide the following services to Minnesota farmers, farm families, and FBM Instructors: Crisis Outreach Support, in-person outreach to farmers at locations where farmers will connect with provider (ie on farm), provide mental health outreach materials for farmers, provide mental health support to post-secondary faculty and students that are pursuing agriculture degrees, collaborate with local authorities in an introductory way to prepare for emergency contact and follow-up, public presentations as requested by Agriculture Centers of Excellence, FBM faculty, MN Department of Agriculture and related organizations, provide collaboration with the MN Department of Agriculture in support of the agriculture communities of our state.
