A Missing Element of Financial Capability: Money Mindset
Time: 2 hours
Money Mindset cards are a set of 30 activity cards that engage participants to develop their own path to financial wellbeing. The
Prosperity Agenda’s research has shown that people who build awareness of their attitudes and beliefs about money find financial
knowledge and financial literacy training more relevant to their lives, and are better prepared for critical financial decisions in the
future. An easy addition to existing programs, Money Mindset cards can be used 1:1 with participants, in group classes, and for
staff professional development. While no training is required to use Money Mindset Cards, this course is for practitioners who
want to explore how our deeply held beliefs and attitudes about money affect both financial learning and teaching.
