3. SPECIFIC GUIDELINES FOR DDF APPLICATION AND



                FUNDING GLOBAL GRANT PROJECTS









                3.1 Global Grant Projects to be carried out WITHIN District 3300






                        a. DDF amount is capped at USD$10,000 per Global Grant project.



                        b. To apply for Global Grant, Club to commit to contribute a minimum

                               of USD1,000 to Annual Fund to be eligible for DDF.



                        c. Clubs must seek approval from DRFC before committing a reciprocal

                               DDF for another District.
