3.2 Global Grant Projects to be carried OUTSIDE District 3300

a. For NON-RECIPROCAL DDF, D3300 DDF is capped at USD5,000

I. For non-reciprocal DDF, Clubs are required to contribute 2 times the amount of DDF

requested. e.g for request of US$3,000 DDF, Club’s contribution is US$6,000 to Annual Fund

II. All non-reciprocal arrangements must be in writing from the DRFC from the other District for

the Committee to maintain records

b. For RECIPROCAL DDF from another District

I. Clubs must seek approval from DRFC before committing a reciprocal DDF from the other District.

II. Clubs to get a commitment from the other District for the same reciprocal DDF for Global Grant

projects to be carried out in D3300.

III. All reciprocal arrangements must be in writing from the respective DRFCs for the Committee to

maintain records.

IV. Clubs partnering in reciprocal DDF, to commit to contribute a minimum of USD1,000 to Annual

Fund.

V. The use of the reciprocal DDF can be funded for more than one Global Grant project.
