• 1st reporting to TRF – within 12 months of receiving 1 grant

• Thereafter, every 12 months.
• Final report – within 2 months of project completion date (as
indicated in the grant proposal). Then project will be closed.
• Report reminder sent to Primary Sponsor – 2 months before
report due date
• If report is overdue – all rotary project sponsors will get a
reminder.
Reporting • Make sure you report. Else risk club termination and District
will be affected.
Reporting is mandatory • No report – No new grants to grant sponsors.
