• Obtain GPS location of the project (where possible)
• Adhere to the original project and financial plans (timeline,
scope and budget)
• Changes to timeline, scope and budget must be reported to
the international sponsor, Regional Grants Officer and
District Rotary Foundation Committee.
• Obtain approval from Regional Grants Officer before
implementing the change.
• Regularly update project status at club meetings and also to
project sponsors
