And so the 'zuŋ u world exports more of its detritus to Africa. And having done
washes its hands of any responsibility. And DfiD/FCDO could do a lot to regulate all this -

without ever leaving their comfortable central London offices.

DfiD/FCDO, your leadership is absent, as it always is when it’s needed. You could do so

much more to regulate the activities of your own 'zuŋ u in Africa. Look elsewhere in this
narrative and I will show you how. But your university educated, institutionalised, Westminster-
centric DfiD/FCDO offices are too busy telling people how worthy your country is in its

approach to Foreign Aid.
