            Summary

The following is about the INGO (International Non-Governmental Organisations) industry.

For it is an industry. A business sector which feeds off work of the major INGO. Sheltering

under the 'umbrella' of worthiness that larger INGO deservedly have, the INGO industry that
follows in their wake is much more self-serving.

They never go home. (Think about that)
                  They have no exit strategy.

There is neither the ability nor the operation that would create a lasting legacy. A legacy
whereby they have worked not just with the African government but also worked for the
African government in building an operation that can continue as an integral part of that
                  African government's own administration.

They are today's colonists. They have occupied the territory. They are here to stay. And like
any other business they boast of their size and the scale of their operation (Think about it)
