Jenise Klein, Allianz Commercial
Jenise Klein is Chief Underwriting Officer in North America for Allianz Commercial
based in New York. She joined Allianz in 2015 on the Alternative Risk Transfer (ART)
team based in New York, with a focus on Corporate Property and Capital Solutions,
before moving into the role as Regional Head of Property in North America in 2021.
Jenise is a seasoned leader who, prior to joining Allianz, spent almost nine years
with Zurich Insurance Company in progressively more responsible roles, including
as an underwriter with both the Primary Casualty business and the Strategic Risk
Solutions Group working both in Switzerland and the United States. She holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Risk Management from Illinois Wesleyan University.

John Colis, Euclid
John is the President and CEO of Euclid Insurance Services, Inc., a holding
company for specialty program administrators. Euclid functions as a platform
for best-in class underwriters looking to start and own their own MGU,
providing start-up capital, centralized services, and market access. Prior to
joining Euclid, John worked in the corporate insurance and reinsurance
business, spending time in London as a broker at Lloyds, at General Reinsurance
Corporation and at Aon Risk Services. He received his BA from Northwestern
University and his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management,
Northwestern University.

Erin Fry, AIG
Erin Fry is the Head of North America Alternative Channels with AIG and President
& Chief Executive Officer of Glatfelter Insurance Group. In these roles, Erin is
responsible for driving sustainable profitable growth through underwriting,
distribution and operational excellence across AIG’s portfolio of commercial and
personal lines programs as well as its Accident & Health business in North America.

Prior to AIG, Erin served as President of Public Entity and Innovative Risk Solutions
at Munich Re Specialty Insurance and Senior Vice President for QBE North
America’s Specialty & Casualty Programs. She also worked at XL Catlin and as a Staff
Attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
In 2020, Erin was honored with the Business Insurance Woman to Watch award, and
in 2022 was named an Executive to Watch by Risk & Insurance magazine.

Patrick Charles, Sirius Point
Patrick Charles is Head of North America Insurance for SiriusPoint. He joined
SiriusPoint in September 2021 as Head of Americas P&C Insurance to manage
and grow the Company’s US P&C insurance business. He is responsible for the
expansion of SiriusPoint’s strategic partnerships, development of products and
services to support new and existing partnerships, execution of the Company’s
global strategy and delivery of financial commitments for P&C insurance. Patrick’s
role as Head of North America Insurance reflects his contribution to driving the
growth of the Company’s P&C Insurance business worldwide.
He joined SiriusPoint from Zurich Insurance Group, where he held North American leadership roles
in underwriting and strategy spanning the past decade. During his previous 20+ years in the insurance
industry, Patrick spent time at McKinsey & Company, Alliance Bernstein and the St. Paul Companies.
