Tyler Hamilton, Alliant
Tyler Hamilton brings more than 25 years of insurance and program development
experience to his role as Director of Program Development at Alliant Underwriting
Solutions. Since joining Alliant in 2008, Tyler has played a key role in shaping
AUS’s carrier partnerships, leading contract negotiations, and successfully
marketing more than thirty program placements. He oversees the AUS actuarial
department and leads the Parkwise and PetroSure programs. Tyler has also served
as a valued contributor to Alliant’s programs acquisition team, participating
in eight successful transactions. Tyler began his career at Arrowhead General
Insurance Agency where he worked for 8 years in actuarial, program analytics
and program development roles.
An active leader in the industry, Tyler has served on the Advisory Board of the Target Markets Program
Administrators Association and is a past president of the San Diego Chapter CPCU Society. Tyler earned his
BA in Political Science from UC San Diego, and his MBA from San Diego State University.

Carol Tyrell, Accredited
Carol has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, the past
12 of which have been in the program space. She previously served as the
Chief Underwriting Officer of Programs at Everest where she oversaw a broad
array of programs spanning multiple lines and business segments. Prior to
Everest, she was Vice President of Underwriting at ProSight Specialty Insurance.
Carol has a bachelor’s degree in insurance & risk management from Indiana
State University, and a master’s degree in insurance management from Boston
University. She also holds CPCU, ARM, ASLI, and various other professional
designations.
Scott Hanson, CrossCover
Scott Hanson is the Founder and CEO of CrossCover, bringing extensive expertise
in insurance and risk management. His prior roles include Chief Underwriting
Officer at AmRisc, Co-founder of Aspen Specialty Insurance, Chief Property
Underwriter at GE, and Co-founder of Property at XL Insurance. Scott began
his career as a Loss Prevention Specialist and Large Loss Investigator at FM.
He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M and maintains CPCU
and ARM designations. objectives.
