             In 2025, Lillie obtained her RIMS-CRO Certificate in Advanced Enterprise Management. She is a sought-after
             speaker in the areas of Risk Management, Scaling Businesses and Women in Business.

                                    Connie Germano, DUAL North America
                                    Connie was appointed Chief Casualty Officer of DUAL North America in July 2023.
                                    She is responsible for overseeing DUAL's Commercial Casualty and Financial Lines
                                    divisions, driving growth initiatives, optimizing underwriting performance, and
                                    enhancing carrier partner relationships. Prior to her current role, Connie served as
                                    the President of an insurtech startup and prior to that, she served as the President
                                    of Specialty Casualty at Everest Insurance. Having served in a variety of leadership
                                    roles in the specialty casualty insurance sector, she brings nearly 30 years of industry
                                    leadership experience to DUAL.
                                    In addition to her role at DUAL, Connie is deeply committed to supporting individuals
                                    in their pursuit of meaningful and fulfilling careers. She serves on the board of the
             Association of Professional Insurance Women (APIW) and chairs the Intern/Mentorship Committee, where she is
             directly engaged in supporting women through networking and other developmental opportunities through the
             broad network of APIW. Concurrently, she advocates for the value of the insurance industry as a Parent League
             Member at Gettysburg University, supporting their students in exploring the insurance industry as a career.
             Connie also serves as a cohort leader within Women in America (W.I.A.), where she mentors women from
             diverse industries in career planning and development, while embracing the opportunity to learn from their
             experiences as well.
                                    Amber Wayne, Nationwide E&S/Specialty
                                    Amber has more than 28 years of experience in the insurance industry. She has a
                                    proven track record of strategic planning, managing financial results and working
                                    with multiple business units and departments. Amber was instrumental in the
                                    diversification of our portfolio with several mergers and acquisitions, significate
                                    start-ups such as Management Liability and Specialty and Nationwide Private Client.
                                    She is well respected for her collaborative and inclusive leadership.
                                    Prior to her current role, Amber was the Vice President of Operations at Nationwide
                                    Private Client. She has also held Finance AVP roles supporting Contract, Brokerage,
                                    MLS and Private Client.
                                    Originally from Independence, Oregon, Amber earned her undergraduate degree
             from Oregon State University and her master's degree from Arizona State University. She currently serves on
             the board of UMOM New Day Centers.
