Program Business Study Results Presentation

Attend this dynamic presentation of the 2025 State of the
Program Business Study findings including the current
size and scope of the program business industry. The
presentation will be moderated by a fellow program
administrator, accompanied by a panel of experts to
comment on many of the benchmarked topics explored
in this research. The Executive Summary of the study
results will be made available at the presentation.
Moderator:
Chris Pesce, Arrowhead Programs
Chris Pesce is the executive vice president of Arrowhead Programs. Previously he
served as division president of One80 Programs at One80 Intermediaries, overseeing
in-house binding authority.
Previously, Chris was a principal shareholder and board of director for Gowrie
Holdings, Inc. which owned two entities, Maritime Program Group (MPG) and
Gowrie Group. He served as President of Maritime Program Group and Executive
Vice President and Secretary of Gowrie Group. Chris had been at the helm of MPG
since completing an internship there in 1995 while studying for his bachelor’s
degree at Saint Joseph’s College in NY. Under Chris’ leadership he oversaw the
growth of MPG’s underwritten premiums from less than $4M to more than $134M
prior to selling the operations to One80 Intermediaries in 2019.
In addition to serving on the TMPAA Advisory Board, he is on the Producer Council for the American Institute
of Marine Underwriters, as well as past service on the Executive Committee for the Independent Insurance
Agents Association of CT and as Chairman of the Young Agents Committee.

Grace Meek, Accredited
Grace joined Accredited as President of Accredited America from her previous role
as President and CEO of Homesite Underwriting Managers LLC where she launched
and led the company to approximately $500M over a 4-year period.
She has over 30 years in the industry with 25 years specializing in Programs. Prior
to Homesite she helped build and lead Allied World Assurance Group’s Program
division for over 8 years, while also leading their Specialty Divisions in her last year.
Grace has held various other senior roles at Program companies.
Currently a Board member of Target Markets Program Administrator’s Association,
Grace participates as a member of their Carrier Committee. She holds a BS in
Applied Math & Statistics from SUNY Stonybrook and remains involved with the
University as a member of their external advisory board and a mentor for Women
in Science & Engineering.
