                                  Lisa Doherty, Business Risk Partners
                                  Lisa Doherty is a Founder and CEO of Business Risk Partners a specialty
                                  underwriting firm based in CT.  BRP underwrites professional liability, management
                                  liability and cyber coverages. Launched in 2000 BRP serves agents and brokers
                                  nationally. In 2022, Business Risk Partners was sold to Amwins, a leading wholesale
                                  insurance distribution firm. Lisa continues to lead Business Risk Partners within the
                                  Amwins Underwriting Division.
                                  Prior to BRP, Lisa spent several years underwriting at AIG and Executive Risk,
                                  as well broking at Marsh. Lisa has a BA from Brown University with a dual
                                  concentration in International Relations and Economics. She is married and lives in
                                  Longmeadow with her wife and 2 teenage children.

                                  Lillie Axelrod, K2 Insurance Services
                                  Lillie Axelrod has a 40-year track record of success driving revenue growth, scaling
                                  business and managing  P&Ls. From 2017-2023, as CEO of MidSouth Consulting (MSC),
                                  a division of USI, focused on large complex risks, she delivered 30% growth in top and
                                  bottom-line results.  Lillie grew the MSC business to be the largest single division at
                                  USI, a company with $2.5B in annual revenue. As Executive Vice President at Wells
                                  Fargo from 2001-2017, Lillie grew her team’s real estate business from zero to $80M in
                                  premium over 16 years. During that time, she was appointed as leader between Wells
                                  Fargo’s National Real Estate Banking Division and Wells Fargo Insurance to provide
                                  thought leadership, identify and address the greatest challenges, and to generate
                                  business opportunities for the enterprise.
           Since 2023, Lillie has served as CEO of Ag Risk Solutions, an insurance/risk management consulting company that
           provides consultative services to Insurance Brokers, Agents, and Insureds. Lillie currently serves on the Board
           of K2 Insurance Services, which owns diverse program administrators and underwrites approximately $2B
