WAGE SYSTEM
The wage system is a policy and strategy that determines the
compensation workers receive. This compensation is the
payment or wages received by workers as remuneration for
the results of their work.
UNEMPLOYMENT
Unemployed is a group of the workforce who is not working or looking
for work. Unemployment can occur because the supply of labor is greater
than the demand for labor. In other words, there is a surplus or excess
supply in the labor market.
