INGREDIENTS            INSTRUCTIONS

               FOR THE MEAT LOAF:     1.  Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly oil a 9 by
               1¼ lb. ground beef     5-inch pan.

                                      5.  Starting from the short end, carefully roll the
               1 tsp. prepared        meat mixture jelly-roll style. Seal the edges and

                                      6.  Bake for 1 hour or until it reaches an internal

               FOR THE STUFFING:      7.  Serve with your choice of steamed vegetables or
               6–8 slices prosciutto  side salad.
