Serves: 8   This recipe  will teach  you how to make hummus like a
                              professional! No mezze is complete  without a bowl of
                            hummus and some warm pita, but there are many other
                            ways to enjoy this delicious dip too! For example it’s amaz-
                            ing as a sandwich spread!


               Classic Lemon Hummus





               INGREDIENTS            INSTRUCTIONS
