Serves: 5 You’ll love this authentic recipe for tahini sauce with garlic,
lime juice and fresh parsley! This rich vegan sauce is popu-
lar in the Mediterranean and the Middle East, and can ele-
vate any meal, from kebabs to falafel sandwiches and
everything in between. It’s also perfect served as part of a
mezze with warm pita and fresh vegetables!
Tahini Sauce
INGREDIENTS INSTRUCTIONS
SNACK 1–2 cloves garlic 1. Using a mortar and pestle, crush the garlic

can mince the garlic, and season with salt.
