               ½ cup hulled sesame    Grind the sesame seeds in a food processor and
               seeds                  gradually add the oil until smooth. Mix in a pinch

               2–4 tbsp. olive oil    of salt.

                                      Tip: Lightly toast the seeds in a dry pan on the
                                      stovetop before grinding for a deeper, nutty flavor.
                                      Don’t toast the seeds in the oven as they can easily
                                      burn.
