Remedying and resetting failures
If a failure results in the installation being switched off, the failure should be noted, and
the NES-WES Asset Management team notified at 855-937-2761 and email at
apmc@nes-wes.com prior to a restart attempt. If a failure results in a warning being
issued, the cause of the failure should be rectified first before the failure is reset. Once
the Asset Management team has been notified, a team member will log into the asset
via myPlant and with the assistance of the engineer or operator onsite to ensure the
problem is remedied and the unit is safe for operation.
It is forbidden simply to reset a failure and then start the engine again!
Risk assessment
The CUSTOMER and or TECHNICIAN is responsible for observing and enforcing safety

end, a risk assessment of conditions on site shall be carried out in accordance with
applicable standards and safety rules as well as local laws, regulations and guidelines.
