Requirements

The requirements for remote access to are as follows:

1. Computer with administrator privileges and OS of Windows XP or higher.
2. Registration with the following 2G site: https://connect.2-g.de/
3. Installation of the following files and the client file that is emailed to you from 2G
once you have registered at https://connect.2-g.de/
• OpenVPN (Windows Installer 32/64-bit)
• Ultra VNC: not for G-Box 20
• Visualization Software for G-Box 20
4. Know what OS your computer has. This can be found by holding the windows
key+Fn+F12 and then: Control Panel>System. Your operating system will be noted
after System Type.

Registration

Go to https://connect.2-g.de/ and complete the following:

1. In the upper right-hand corner next to the 3 flags, click registry.
2. This will prompt a registration window asking for:
• Your company email address
• Password
• Real Name
• Serial Number
• Verification of lettering in Box
3. In the Serial Number box, you will enter your company name. All NES WES Personnel
will enter Penn Power.
4. Upon successful registration, an E-mail will automatically be sent to the E-mail
address you’ve provided for confirmation purposes.
5. Confirm email and await client packet with to be used with the software downloads.
