Statement
Only install updates if you have been trained and or are qualified to do so. Should you have
questions about necessary updates or specific requirements, please reach out to your APMC
team. They can be easily reached at apmc@nes-wes.com
Procedure
1. Download the latest documentation from https://customer.innio.com to know which
updates are required.
2. Ensure you have the latest version of myPlant remote.
a. To download myPlant remote, log into myPlant and choose any asset. While in
the asset overview screen within the information details, it will say myPlant
remote app and Download next to it in blue. (See pic below) Click download to
install the application on your PC.
3. Once the myPlant remote application is downloaded, open it and log in. To log into the
application, it’s the same password as your myPlant log in.
4. After a successful log in, click in the search bar and type in either the asset name, serial
number, or design number. You will have a list come up of multiple assets (See pic
below) click on the desired asset and ensure it says J-engine in brackets after the SN,
design number and asset name.
