8. Resource Estimates

Northeast Western Energy Systems provides access to the technical staff and Quality
Team at no additional cost to the Customer. Dependent upon the complexity, duration, and
performance requirements of the tasking, the project will enlist the support of a full or part time
Project Engineer. The Project Engineer coordinates closely with the Vice President of Service

(Quality Program Lead) on all quality issues and concerns.
