How do I know when to order parts?
As a parts person there are two different areas you need to be aware of:
• PM Kit Fulfillment
• Awaiting parts from the Work Order view
• Field Service > Work Orders >Unscheduled Work Orders – Awaiting parts
• Parts requested by the Field Tech
• Field Service Support > Parts Request > All Part Request
