“Unscheduled Work Orders - Awaiting Parts” Parts department fulfills parts
order from stock or department
PM Work Order will appear on the view as inquires with Supply ships parts to
Awaiting Parts Chain for JIT MSA kit customer site.
Email goes to customer with
ETA, tracking info and copies Confirm parts are posted to
Service Manager. Tracking the Parts Reuired in D365 Work Order
Number info to be logged in & ICS customer change the appears on
Work Order Timeline with a status on the Work Order to the
Note Schedule
