Customer Authorization and Acknowledgment
The undersigned Customer agrees and understands that all diagnostic and repair work and spare parts provided by
Northeast Energy Systems or Western Energy Systems (“NES-WES”) not covered by the applicable manufacturer’s
limited warranty or under the terms and conditions of any NES-WES limited warranty or service agreement with
Customer, will be charged to Customer. NES-WES will use its best efforts to submit claims and obtain the applicable
manufacturer’s warranty or policy approvals for the benefit of Customer. Customer acknowledges and agrees that
all parts, labor and other materials supplied are subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions of the
applicable manufacturers’ limited warranties or the NES-WES standard terms, conditions and warranties, both of
which are available and will be provided upon Customer request.
