is now an established part of a service helped by the tech
revolution that occurred during the pandemic.
I also have an estimate of congregations that have sung my
music. My link with Jubilate has helped here such as the
hymn ‘You made a Universe so full of Wonder’ and ‘Christ is
made the sure foundation’. I am indebted to Jubilate for this.

Live performances are also a fair contribution. Around ten
were made last year. Audiences and congregations vary but I
estimate around 1000. Christmas services at Dundonald
Church, my own church, have significant attendance.

So, what do I think of this number? Although 6000 is tiny
compared with the big pop stars and well-known classical
composers, I am still moved by it. To think around fifteen
people every day are listening to my music! It gives me an
incentive to keep going and share the good news.

Plans for the future

There are plenty of plans in the pipeline.
• I have a link with Deutsche bank and a charity choir

• I will be attending the World Symposium of choral

music in Turkey from the 25 – 30 April so, if you

• I intend to approach other choirs about
commissioning new choral works so I hope to have
news about this next time.
