b. Cell Com System:
This device reportedly transmits low voltage electricity through electrodes that are
placed on the hands and feet in order to regulate communication between cells in the
body.
c. Rife Machine:
Also called frequency therapy, frequency generator, and Rife frequency generator, this
device is used to direct electrical impulses at the feet to break up the supposed
accumulated deposits of toxins at nerve endings. During treatment, the patient places
his or her feet in a plastic box attached to the Rife unit.
d. Zapping Machine:
A zapping machine is a small, battery-powered device that produces a low-frequency
electrical current. Wires connected to copper tubes transmit the electricity to patients.
e. Magnetic Pulsar:
Magnetic pulsar generator is an automated series of pulses. Through the principle of
induction, this magnetic field can create eddy-currents (tiny electrical micro-currents)
in living organic material that contains electrolytes.
Dosage& frequency:
(Frequency, measured in Hertz), duration and frequency of treatment are
important and depend on the condition being treated and the judgment of the
practitioner.
It is generally recommended that the magnet not be worn for more than two hours
at a time (two times per day) and generally not more than 20 -30 min exposures
are necessary to determine whether the magnetic therapy is going to be effective.
Once the condition for which magnet therapy is being used has been relieved, the
therapy should be stopped and used only intermittently for recurrence of the
condition.
If magnet therapy has been used for an extended time, it should be discontinued
gradually to avoid sudden fluid changes in the tissues, and exacerbations and
symptoms, such as changes in blood pressure.
Magnet therapy can be used in conjunction with physical therapy, massage,
surgery, and rehabilitation programs and with a wide range of conditions.
