Maybe that perception was all in my imagination, but the answer to everyone, both genders, was:
“Yeah, you gotta do stuff.”
Then, when I opened the seminar up to questions, someone asked:
“If you could write a prescription for how to make love last, what would it be?”
In other words they were asking about the stuff you have to do to make your relationship healthy and long lasting. At hirst, I was thinking about saying something like “Haven’t you been listening? That’s what this seminar has been all about.” But then I realized that would be me acting like a jerk — a word of wisdom was being requested, a “take away.”
I thought briehly because if you think too much people think you don’t know what you are talking about, and I said that my prescription would be as follows:
1. As soon as you wake up tell the person you love that you love them.
2. Do one “unexpectedly loving” thing that day.
3. Do a second unexpectedly loving thing.
4. Before you go to sleep tell the person you love that you love them
again.
