I don't offer any reliable solutions nor do I know of any legal remedies that apply to all cases, and I am not hesitant about saying that. What I do offer is a measure of understanding about the problem itself and a problem solving approach (in the next two programs) that might lead to a more complete understanding of potential solutions.
I begin by describing a list of factors which contribute to parental rejection (which I also call "estrangement") which have little or nothing to do with the theory that estrangement happens when one parent actively toxifies the relationship with the rejected parent.
I want to make you understand that like most human behavior parental behavior is complicated.
