INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY
CELEBRATION 2020
IN HALDIA REFINERY

Inauguration of the event was done in IMA auditorium
by Shri Partha Ghosh, ED & RH Haldia Re nery and GM I/c
(HR).

Various cultural performances were showcased by the in-house talents of Haldia Re nery to
make the event colourful & memorable.
IWD is one of the event when we get to know various hidden talents of our women employees
& apprentices other than their professional know how.

Team building outbound programme was organized for WIPS members & lady apprentices at
Raichak on Ganges Resort on 10.03.2020 with indoor & outdoor activity followed by team build-
ing cookery activity conducted by the resort executives.

Team building activities conducted helped us to understand that the workforce needs to get
on the same page, work together and increase their motivation to complete tasks in a timely
manner. The activities surely motivated us to increase organization productivity & support strong
