July 20, 1992 – TIME magazine publishes, The Birth of the Global
Nation, by Strobe Talbott who writes: “Nationhood as we know it will
be obsolete; all states will recognize a single global

authority…” Talbott is a Rhodes Scholar, CFR Director, Trilateralist,
and appointed Deputy Secretary of State by President Clinton.
