Common areas, such as break rooms, conference rooms and rest rooms will be
marked with maximum permissible number of occupants.
Where necessary, and if it can be effectively implemented, hallways and walkways
will be designated with signage as to the mandatory direction of foot traffic.
Individual departments will manage their own areas to ensure social distancing
standards are met and where two or more departments operate closely or overlap
within the same area those department leaders will ensure agreement and equity. Any
social distancing standards implemented by any individual department can be no less
rigorous than those implemented for all employees on an enterprise-wide basis.
