- You deviate by 2 minutes or more from the stated time at a reporting

point

If there is a delay related to departure (e.g., due to weather), you must inform

air traffic control that it is a “Delay” to the flight plan, along with the new times.

1.4.3.4 Closing the flight plan

When landing, you must ensure the flight plan is closed.

If you land at an aerodrome with air traffic control service, and the landing is

observed, the service provider will close the flight plan.

If landing at an aerodrome without air traffic control, you can close the flight

plan before landing with the air traffic service you have radio contact with.

Alternatively, you can land and, within the next 30 minutes, call the unit listed

in the VFG under the aerodrome information on page 4 (operating hours).

In most cases, you must call the ACC at phone number 32478210.

If it is anticipated that such a message will not reach the air traffic service unit
within the 30-minute window, the calculated time for closing the flight plan

must be noted in the "Other information" section of the flight plan.

If you have submitted your flight plan via SkyDemon, you can close the flight

plan within the program.

1.4.3.5 Radio communication

A pilot in command conducting a flight:

- In areas where AIP has published a requirement for establishing two-way

radio communication, meaning in FIZ and FIA zones as well as RMZ zones,

or
