                Controlled Airfield
A controlled airfield is an airfield where air traffic control services are provided
from a control tower. Such an airfield lies within a control zone (CTR).
Upon calling, instructions and permissions are received from the Tower (TWR)
service. However, you may taxi on the apron without permission but may not
taxi into the maneuvering area without authorization.
                Services at Controlled Airfields:
                  - GROUND provides apron control.
                  - TOWER provides control services on runways and within CTR.
                  - APPROACH provides air traffic control services in TMA.
                  - Flight Information Service is provided.
                  - Alerting services are provided.
