However, this is excepted during periods when speaking on other frequencies or

work in the cabin does not allow listening on two frequencies at the same time.

If you hear an ELT signal (piijjooouuuu- piijjooouuuu….. 4 x 2 times), you must, if
you judge that it is not a short test, notify the nearest aeronautical station,

stating:

- Position, altitude and route
- Time of reception of the first signals

- Information about the strength of the signal.
