     Air Law
                CTA (Control Area)
                A controlled airspace that extends upward from a specified boundary over the
                ground or water surface.
                TMA (Terminal Control Area)
                A control area established in connection with one or more aerodromes.
                CTR (Control Zone)
                A controlled airspace that extends from the surface of the earth or water to a
                specified upper limit.
                AWY (Airway)
                A control area or part thereof is designed as a corridor.
                CTR A (Controlled Airspace)
                A  defined  airspace within which flight control services are  provided for IFR
                flights and VFR flights in accordance with the airspace classification (A, B, C, D,
                and E airspace).
                ATSR (ATS Route)
                A  specified route established to channel air  traffic where necessary for the
                provision of air traffic services.
                1.4.5.2     Airspace above Denmark
                Below is a cross-section of the airspace over Jutland, viewed from 56°N north.
                Airspace below 3500 ft is classified as G airspace.
                Over      the     North     Sea,
                however, G airspace extends
                all the way to FL 195.
                The  small red "box"  on  the
                ground represents the Karup
                Control Zone (CTR).
