     Air Law
                 - The aircraft must be approved for VFR night or IFR.
                 - The airport must be approved for VFR night operations.
                 - If carrying passengers, you must have made at least 3 take-offs and landings
in the last 90 days, one of which must be at night (or IFR).
                 - Weather: At least 8 km visibility (BL 7-100) on the ground. No clouds below
                     1500 feet.
                 - Special VFR night flight must be conducted with visibility of at least 5 km,
clear of clouds, and with ground visibility, plus an IAS < 140 knots (BL 7-100).
                 - ATC requirements for allowing Special VFR are a ground visibility of at least
5 km and a cloud base of at least 1100 feet (BL 7-100).
Remember, there must also be at least one alternate destination, where
the weather and forecasts meet these minima.
                 - Fuel: Upon starting a flight that is not a local VFR night flight, fuel must be
carried for flight to the destination, plus enough for flight to an alternate
airport and at least 45 minutes at normal cruising speed, taking into account
wind and other meteorological conditions that may be encountered at the
                     intended flight altitudes.
                Execution:
VFR Night can only be carried out with:
                   - A flight visibility of at least 8 km (BL 7-100)
                   - Constant ground visibility
                   - Cloud distance requirements must be met
If you plan to fly outside the airport’s vicinity, a flight plan must be filed:
                  - The aircraft must have a transponder with at least mode A.
                  - Two-way radio communication must be established with the air traffic
                     control unit.
                  - Flight altitude as VFR during the day over urban areas or outdoor assemblies
of people: 1000 feet above the highest obstacle within a 600 m radius from
the aircraft. Over other areas, the flight must not be conducted less than
500 feet above the ground or water, or 500 feet above the highest obstacle
within 150 meters of the aircraft.
