Human Performance
A smile is also non-verbal communication, although its meaning can be
ambiguous and often interpreted subconsciously.
Non-verbal communication plays a significant role in flight training, enabling
faster and clearer instructions to guide students on necessary actions.

2.5.7 Perception
Perception is how we interpret the sensory inputs we receive.
Through these inputs, we develop an understanding of the current situation
and establish what is known as Situational Awareness (SA).
We rely on five senses: Vision, Hearing, Smell, Taste, Touch, Sensory
From the sensory organs, nerves go to different parts of the brain for further
processing.
How the processing or perception takes place is difficult to describe, because
after the senses have been stimulated, one cannot describe the sensory
process, which takes place through nerve pathways to special parts of the brain.
