- That, considering the wind and other meteorological conditions expected at

the altitudes where the flight is planned, in addition to the fuel needed for

the flight to the destination, sufficient fuel is carried for at least 30 minutes

of flight at normal cruising speed.

1.3.4.3 Weather considerations

Before starting the flight, the aircraft commander must familiarize themselves

with all available meteorological information necessary for the planned flight.

Flight preparation must at least include:

- A review of current weather reports and forecasts,

and

- Planning an alternative procedure if the flight cannot be completed as
planned due to weather conditions.

A flight plan should be created documenting that the flight can be conducted

as planned.

1.3.5 Performing the service - aircraft Pilot-in-Command

No one may perform or attempt to perform duties on an aircraft

if the person concerned has a blood alcohol concentration of 0.20

per thousand or more.

One may not perform or attempt to perform duty on an aircraft if, due to:

- Weakness

- Overexertion

- Lack of sleep
