1.7.2.5 Reporting accidents and serious aviation incidents

Accidents and serious incidents should not be reported to the Transport

Authority.

Accidents and serious incidents are handled by the independent body, the

Accident Investigation Board for Civil Aviation and Railways, which regularly

publishes the results of its investigations in reports and statements.

Accidents and serious incidents must be reported to the Accident Investigation
