Human Performance

                   2.1 Introduction

We all have a certain level of performance under specific conditions, and we

all have our limitations. It is important for us to be aware of these limitations
and to understand what happens when we are not at our best.

When we train pilots, we aim to equip them with the necessary

competencies. This is achieved through theoretical education, which

provides new pilots with the required knowledge, and practical training,
which develops the skills needed to operate the aircraft safely and efficiently.

An essential part of the training is also to give our students a strong attitude

                   towards flight safety.
